Caroline KellyCaroline Kelly consults for a New York City and Bay Area based nonprofit focusing on strategy and development. Previously, Ms. Kelly worked in strategic consulting for Deloitte. She received her BA from the University of Virginia and plans to pursue her MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Lee ScimecaLee is a recent graduate of the Adelphi School of Social Work. He is employed as a licensed social worker in a crisis intervention facility, helping provide mental health support to patients in need. As a patient of several NextGenFace doctors, he brings a uniquely personal perspective to the NGF Young Professionals Board, emphasizing the importance of NGF’s provision of emotional support to families through their journey of multiple surgeries.

Caitlin SarubbiCaitlin is a resident physician in internal medicine at Montefiore Medical Center. She was a patient of both Dr. Thorne and Dr. Brecht. She received her BA from Harvard College, MSBS from Icahn SOM at Mount Sinai, and MD from Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine in 2023 before starting residency. She hopes to further specialize in oncology after residency. Caitlin was also a professional ski racer, competing in the 2010 Paralympic Games in Vancouver, BC, multiple world cups, and world championships in the sport of alpine skiing. She also devotes much of her free time to teaching children with disabilities and veterans how to ski and participate in sports through various organizations.
